HOW GLOBALIZATION HAS CHANGED STUDENTS LIFE: BY GEO

Hey how's it going? Well, the topic addresses how globalization affected the lives of students in the pandemic. There was an increase in inequality, young people from the lower classes saw a social abyss separating them from the more favored strata. According to the IBGE, 4.3 million students entered the pandemic without internet access. Of these, 4.1 million were public school students. In March 2020, the dollar suffered its biggest spike, due to the high demand for the American currency. With the high demand for the American currency, prices rise, affecting the population, specifically the low-income population. During the COVID-19 pandemic, 5% of students dropped out of elementary school and 10% of high school dropouts. In my opinion, some schools, such as public schools, did not support classes during the pandemic (inadequate investment). Many schools were closed, many students were left without the internet and unable to access lessons, which resulted in negative effects on basic education. For everyone to have access to corporate-level online videoconferencing, Google Meet has announced a version with no financial costs. Applicability of the digital tool Google Meet and the difficulties that teachers and students have had regarding its use as a teaching and learning tool . In 2020, when the pandemic started, I could apply video classes on public networks. Because in some public schools, there was no support in any way of teaching, just applying handouts to students without any explanation. One of the factors that I believe is corruption, neglect and selfishness. People kept focusing on silly policy issues interfering with the lack of investment in education. KISSES KISSES! ASS: GEO
